It is my pleasure to express my observation on the customer service and the treatment I obtained at your Ophthalmology Department since Aug-15-2017- Oct – 4-2017. During those days, the treatment obtained from your department—particularly the eye surgery, was successful and ended without complications. In the meantime, I would like to thank the outstanding services given to me by the technicians, nurses, and receptionist. Everything was great and wonderful! Sincerely, Hail Mariam Mintwab

I have had a great experience with Dr. Bilal Khan. I was in need of a retinal specialist a few years back when I first met Dr. Khan. I found him to be very knowledgeable, kind, caring, and compassionate. Back at that time, he was heaven sent to me! I always say that "He Is One Of The Best In The City." I continue to see him today. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I was very disappointed about the 2 hours I had to wait (after my scheduled appointment time) before I was seen by a doctor, but the saving grace was Dr. Asima Bajwa. Dr. Bajwa apologized for the long wait, which I greatly appreciated, and proceeded to give me a thorough eye exam and answered my numerous questions with patience, expertise, and humor. Dr. Bajwa was wonderful and I wish her continued success in the future! Suggestion for HUH Ophthalmology: Please notify patients (when they arrive) if they are going to have to wait 2-3 hours or longer to see a doctor so the patient can decide to stay and wait or reschedule for another day. Thank You.
