I've been here twice a few years apart, once to get my nose pad replaced and once to get my glasses adjusted. Both times the service experience was fast, patient, and focused on my satisfaction. And I would have been happy to pay but they didn't charge either time. An excellent customer experience.

very friendly and clean! it was my first time coming here, and also my first time getting contacts. one of the receptionists taught me how to put them in and remove them, and she was very patient. the doctor is also very kind and respectful. i came here by recommendation and i definitely recommend everyone to come here!
