The employees were really nice while I was picking out frames but when the glasses came in I couldn't see well with them and the UV coating looked like something that would come right off. I didn't like how the frames fit and couldn't read well with them (progressives). They were VERY expensive. when I got home I was looking at the 3 sheets of paper stapled together and on the last page it said there would be a 25% restocking fee if I returned the glasses! There were no other frames I wanted (I am hard to fit) so returned them. (I want to add that when I picked up my glasses it wasn't a friendly experience like when I was picking out the frames). I decided to just return the glasses and when I did I was charged a $246 restocking fee and wasn't offered a restyle or anything. On my receipt it says the fee is to cover "lab charges" but I don't know what that means and wouldn't it be 25% of the lens cost, not the frames and sales tax I paid? The frames they can just put back on the shelf. I hadn't worn them since they didn't fit and I couldn't read with them. I wrote Dr. Huber a letter giving him a chance to do something to make this better for me but I never heard a word from him. No explaination, no reduction in the restocking fee, nothing. I don't know of anywhere else that does this. I only gave one star because I had to.

We went to Huber Eyecare two weeks ago for the first time. It was very positive experience for us since the moment we walked in until the end. Dr. Huber, the office manager Sabrina, Candra, Emily, and Noelle were extremely professional, pleasant, friendly, helpful, and patient with me during my glasses selection process. I sure didnt regret driving all the way from south metro at all. The clinic was very modern and nice. For those that have had negative experiences should try to give them another chance. Thank you to Huber Eyecare team!

Had a great experience at Huber Eyecare. I appreciate the amount time they spent answering all of my questions. Personalized service is becoming a harder thing to find. Thank you. To the person complaining about the prices… I think you are missing the fact that Huber Eyecare spent their time, energy, expertise and resources to help you find the right glasses. And then to thank them for all the personalized attention, you bought the same glasses online and left them a terrible review. Total exploitation of their services. The least you could have done is leave a nice review recognizing that they helped you find the right pair of glasses. Damn that is harsh!
