The staff at I Care San Antonio is excellent. Mari (sp?) and others at the front desk, and the technicians, have been helpful and kind to us while my brother was seeing Dr. Miramontes. We rarely had a long wait. They were always patient with my many questions, and quick to help find answers. We would still be going to I Care, but are now able to see an ophthalmologist much closer to our home. (I Care is approximately a two hour drive for us)

This place has the most friendly and helpful staff as well as the eye doctor and doctor's there. The eye doctor that saw my daughter took the time in answering all the questions I had during and after our exam also they were very helpful in explaining any thing that I didn't understand regarding my daughters eye care. Thank you to all & Thank you for volunteering your time also for those in need. I give it a 5 star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow, Dr. Burkhart and his staff are super polite, helpful, and thorough of your eye care needs. I was told to let those know whom do not have eye care insurance or are vets to please go by and fill out an application to see if you qualify for eye care assistance.
