I've been shopping around for years to find a good friendly optometrist. Been very disappointed in the bigger Americans Best etc. My wife actually found this place and recommended it to me. My exam was fast, on topic, detailed, and comprehensive! The best exam I've ever had. The whole fam comes here now! Prices and availability of frames are great! I may reduce my insurance coverage bc, with this place, all of our needs can be taken care of with the basic coverage.

Good customer service, Great optometry

I ordered sunglasses from this place, but after several weeks, I still hadn't heard from them. I went to the optician twice, but they just told me to wait. After waiting a month, I called again, and they said they were still making the sunglasses. And there wasn't even a single word of apology. Finally, I gave up and canceled the sunglasses. In all my decades of wearing glasses, this was the first time I'd experienced something like this. Probably my worst eyeglass experience in my life. I ordered sunglasses, but the optician hadn't contacted me for over a month. Two weeks later, I went to the optician twice, but they just told me to wait and didn't say anything. When I called again a month later, they said they were still cutting their sunglasses. There wasn't even a single word of apology. Eventually, I gave up and canceled the sunglasses.

This place was wonderful. They had great deals, and had great customer service. I am indebted towards the worker named Gina, since her kindness was shown when she exerted more efforts to find me an appointment that got canceled that day when I called in. Her social aptitude and helpful nature should be an example for all workers. I was also relieved that she was not only perfect in Korean, but English as well. The eye doctor was fast, efficient, and helpful as well. I recommend this place to anyone looking for good service, as well as a friendly one at that.

Great care in details!

Took me exactly 5 weeks to get my glasses done and I had to call every other day for 3 weeks just so I can get an update. I was told they’d be ready in 2 weeks. They didn’t call me when my glasses were ready, I had to call and find out they were ready for pickup. I’ve been wearing glasses for 20 yrs and never did I have to wait 5 whole weeks to get my glasses. Very disappointing.

Eye exams are accurate, and they carry many different price range of frames that are under $100 to $3-400. I have been their customer for about 6 years.
