Not the best eye doctor visit I've ever had. The entire office staff seemed to be lacking in professionalism. Not one single person, other than the doctor, even bothered to introduce themselves or say what they were going to do. It's a big place with lots of rooms and staff. Multiple people would come in and move you to another room and yet a different person to do another test. Not one so much as said hello, I'm going to do xyz.... not one person had a nametag or an indication of their title. They need to remember that what is routine to them may be new to the patient. I was also a little disappointed that the techs performed all the tests including the visual acuity exam for my prescription. The one tech doing the retina photos couldn't figure out how to make the machine work and finally gave up saying "it's ok, you don't really need this anyway" After being moved to yet another room and after a 15 minute wait, the doctor came in at the very end. At least she introduced herself. Did a visual check of my retinas with the slit lamp and it was all over. At the very end I commented to the doctor about all this and was told..."I'm new here, I just work here and don't know the techs very well." Nice attitude. Hmmmm not a pleasant experience.

I've went to this location when Dr. Shin was the attending physician. He was amazing! Earlier this week, I called and canceled an appointment and rescheduled it for today. Unfortunately, I accidentally missed my appointment. I take full responsibility for getting side tracked at work and missing that appointment. I immediately called to reschedule and the office manager said they will no longer see me as a patient. I was told to go and find another physician. I did try to plead my case and apologized but the the office manager's harsh stance was to easily throw away a good patient of over twenty years. Zero compassion.

Dr. Ice and staff are great!!

So glad a friend recommended Dr. Ice. The whole experience was excellent. I especially appreciate the front office staff. If a phone call or in person, they are always helpful and friendly. Especially Linda, she has gone above and beyond in what ever situation I’m dealing with.

Having been a patient from the years of Dr Shin being here, I can say that Dr Ice is a very good Doctor as well. I have had three separate appointments with Dr Ice and she has been very kind and considerate. She has taken the time to explain to me my problems and I have all the confidence in Dr Ice as I did with Dr. Shin.
