I recently visited Idaho Eyecare Center and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their level of professionalism and care. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist me in any way possible. The eye exam was thorough and my doctor took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understood everything before leaving. I was particularly impressed with the technology used in the examination, it was state-of-the-art and made the whole process very efficient. I was also pleased with the selection of eyeglasses and contacts available at the center. The optometrist took the time to work with me to find the perfect pair of glasses to fit my face and my style. They also provided me with helpful tips on how to care for my contacts and glasses to ensure they last as long as possible. Overall, I had an excellent experience at Idaho Eyecare Center. I would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for top-notch eye care services. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and provide an exceptional level of care that is truly unmatched. This was my first visit to an eye Dr (lucky me I guess). I can say I was very impressed by the entire experience (except for the long wait for an appointment). The techs were great and Dr. Brent Sexauer was awesome! He did an exceptional job of explaining things and keeping it real. I appreciate his work and his ability to discuss my vision issues in detail. They definitely won my respect and repeat business.

Wonderful experience. Family office feel - two sons took over the practice from their dad. The office staff were the most helpful I've encountered at a doctor's office (explaining what's covered by my insurance up front, even helping to schedule a specialist appt. on my behalf after my appt.). The vision technology was more advanced than all the eye doctors I've seen previously (incorporating colors and dual vision). I saw Dr. Derek Muto who was extremely knowledgeable and patient.
