These folks are fantastic! Everyone made me feel comfortable; from check-in to exams, picking out frames, and fitting. I had plenty of time to ask questions and make decisions without feeling rushed or pressured. Much gratitude and thanks to Dr. Latner, Alex, and Hannah.

I appreciate the care and concern Dr. Taylor shows for myself and my family. I find that he is a good listener and is always concerned about my health which could impact my vision. Previously when I had a prescription change that wasn't working, he repeated my exam and we worked together to resolve the issue. If I can't see him in the Omaha office, I will drive to his office in Council Bluffs. I also appreciate his office staff especially Alex. They are always professional while also being friendly.
