I've been a client here for over ten years. Dr. Dinh and her team are warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. Services are always quick and professional, and I've never left feeling anything but satisfied. Highly recommend Ideal Vision Care!

This place is all about money and also scam you into paying triple the price for anything, they are not customer oriented and lack communication skills.
Most of the good reviews are from people that the owners affiliate with such as friends, employees etc.

I've been happy for a number of years with the back end of the biz, that is the eye exams. The front end is...less than solid, not helpful, not client-oriented, not digital savvy. Time for this client to move on.
