I love IDOC Gateway Vision. I see Dr. Popp when I go. He is friendly and does not rush to get done with an appointment. In times past, he saw my grandson on a Saturday afternoon late who had gotten a piece of metal in his eye. He did not wan to charge us either. The staff is friendly, too. I have always gotten my glasses earlier than promised. They do their best to help lower the prices if possible. Too, they work closely with the insurance company. There is no other vision center for me.

Thanks to Briana my life was saved- on vacation with my toddler and the ocean took my glasses. She was the only person able and willing to help me. By the time I called this location I was extremely exhausted and frustrated, certainly not my best self, and she still helped me. Words can not express my gratitude and Brianna’s amazing kindness.
