Made an appointment ahead of time and they had me in and out within 20 minutes, got my exam and picked out some new frames. Frames arrived in 3 days. Really recommend them, they do great work!

I love this place been coming here since 2012. It’s always easy to get an appointment right away and theyre even available on some Saturdays. The staff is friendly and offers great customer service. I love my optometrist shes the best! My glasses are always ready on time and if there is a delay they’ll let you know. Very grateful for their service! I’m very happy with my new pair of glasses. Their selection is always great & they take my insurance!

I'm sure She's the best optometrist in LA Korea town. Always kind, accurate and honest. And all prices are reasonable. I've been to many opticians, but I've never felt honest like this place. I really recommend it.

The service and exam was mid. I can't believe that they didn't make an exception of picking up my glasses just 3 mins after closing time. I finally got my glasses this Monday! Not bad though.

Loved it, had purchase glasses before and one of the screws was loose and one of the staff member helped me right there on the spot. Also sometimes you get your glasses the same day of purchase, way much better than other places where you wait about 3 weeks .

I made a appointment and they cancelled. I called them back that I had a miss call gave them my name and hung up on my face. I used like this place until this happened. I made the switch you should as well. America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses is better 2 pair of glasses for 80bucks.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Came in once about 8 years ago to get some replacement glasses after mine broke. Haven't been back since because those glasses held up nicely. I decided to get an exam done about a week ago after having some issues with my eyes. Dr. D was super knowledgable and he took the time to explain how my eyes were becoming dry. He did an exam and I really felt like he cared and he answered all my questions with tact and professionalism. I will be coming back soon for another pair of glasses as well. Shout out to Dr. D and iLA Optometry!

I have been a customer for years, but the fact that the owner pretends that they don't understand English when you have a problem is beyond annoying. Their quality of service has definitely diminished. A few years ago, they had an amazing Optometrist, but now the so called 'owner' took over (who knew she was licensed, or so I think she is). They tend to over charge for additions (make sure you check your insurance coverage before going). They don't call you when your glasses are ready. They charged me for contact lenses I NEVER received two years ago, plus they charge $20 for how-to first timers. ! Also, the Optometrist doesn't take her time in checking your eyes. She doesn't ask you questions and writes stuff down and doesn't even tell you if your eyes are better or worse (again she doesn't speak "English"). She is always in a hurry and rushes you out. They overbook and are all over the place. if you are on a budget and don't mind the possibility that the 2 minute exam maybe incorrect, then go right in. But if you are particular on the service, quality, and optometrist, then this NOT a place for you.
