I have been going to this practice to be seen by Dr. Toral for approximately 5 years along with my 3 children. Every time i have booked an appointment i have been made to wait up to 45 mins before being seen by Dr. Toral then 20-30 mins to order glasses/lenses. Dr. Toral always runs on late. Her staff is very matter-of-fact about the ongoing scheduling issue. The occasional running late will happen but running late all of the time is simply unacceptable. I have given Dr. Toral our family business year after year and realize she does not appreciate our loyalty. We will be looking for another eye doctor who honors our time/schedules.

If I could give it a -1 I would, first of all I made an appt to see Dr. Toral being that it was my first time at this office I didn't know what she look like I was seen by another Dr when I went to pick up my glasses it was that I found out that it was not Dr. Toral. My glasses where given to me in a cardboard enveloped they ask me how was I going to pay the balance very unprofessional, was told to read things around the office and if it needed to be adjusted that they would get someone. The girls in the office don't seem to care one way or another needless to say I won't be going back to that office. Horrible experience.

I have been coming to Dr. Toral for more than 5 years now. She is a very knowledgeable and professional Optometrist. She always gives me all the options and tells me what to expect for the future in regards to my eyesight. She's been on point all the time, so I take her recommendations very seriously. I highly recommend her to be your Optometrist.

My husband and I started seeing Dr Toral several years ago because her office was close to home and convenient. We have stayed and brought our three children to the office because of Dr Toral’s excellent bedside manner and the service provided. She is a true professional! I highly recommend her office.

I like Dr. Toral very much. Her exam was well done and my new eyeglass prescription was perfect.

I recommended a friend to see Dr. Toral and she made an appointment - after the visit - my friend informed me that she had to have glasses made to the cost of $450 - the dr who saw her unbeknownst to her was not Dr Toral and the prescription was not needed after being confirmed by another dr from a separate office that she in fact had 20-20 vision with the glasses she currently had - being very upset - my friend returned to the office to pick up her "new" glasses - she then found out that she in fact had not seen Dr. Toral and was given her glasses without a case - they were inside a cardboard holder with tape - she then asked don't you at least measure to see if these glasses are okay and they told her to just read a few things and you can figure it out - being upset over the entire experience - my friend refused to pay for glasses she couldn't see from that were basically not needed since the ones she had were perfectly fine - This experience has caused me to also not want to return to this office due to the unprofessional manner in which this entire experience was handled - if you decide to go to this office make sure that when you make an appointment the actual dr you see is Dr. Toral - my friend even addressed the dr who saw her as Dr, Toral and the dr didn't correct her so she was never aware that she had not actually seen Dr. Toral - the worse part of this experience is the $240 dollar she out for a pair of glasses who are too strong and don't work for her - BIG LESSON LEARNED

First time visiting Eye Center of South Florida and I must say my experience was fantastic. The office is beautiful and in a great location (off of I-75 and Sheridan). Everyone was so welcoming and professional. Even though I was the last patient of the day I never felt rushed. Dr. Toral took her time and she was thorough and informative. She has a great personality. Loved the staff. They all took good care of me. Didn’t get the receptionist’s name but she was very sweet. Ana was great and so was Allie who helped me at the end picking out my frames. Thank you Dr. Toral and staff. Would highly recommend Eye Center of South Florida.

I've been going to see Dr Toral for several years. She spends time with the patients and when doing the exam states, I want this to be perfect. My prescriptions have always been right on.

My family and I have been going to Dr Toral for many years. I highly recommend her. The staff are very courteous and are very clear of pricing from the beginning . They have a great eye wear selection and contact brands that are available.

In 2023 Waited almost 6 months for 2 pair of glasses and finally both ending in the garbage. Bad professionals, bad job both optometrists, the staff horrible costumer service, always confused , they had no idea why my lens didn’t come from the lab on time and when finally arrived I couldn’t used them at all . Then I had to spend more money in another optician because When I claimed, they didn’t want to accept their bad practices and I lost my money and time . Was a nightmare calling every week to this people to see what’s going on .

Dr Toral is the best optometrist!! Great selection of frames, great service and lovely staff. Highly recommend
