I took my 3 year old son for a 2nd opinion. The staff were great. My appointment was at 2:30, we were brought to the back at 2:30. Jacob (who is a student to become a doctor, I assume in residency training) was awesome! He was patient with my son, calm, and even wiped his tears when he cried! As a mom, it felt good to work with a future doctor that is genuine and kind with his approach. My son loved him. I truly hope Jacob continues his studies and chooses to become a pediatric eye doctor, although he will be successful in whatever approach he chooses! I would like to bring my other two children to see him as they both wear glasses. We also seen two other lady doctors that were kind and patient as well! Overall, 5 star experience and customer service, which is rare in today’s capitalist economy. Thank you all that assisted and I hope Jacob gets to see this review and know that he is already having a positive impact in his industry/field!

I made a attempt to make an appointment and the customer service representative was not professional and not courteous. She was just laughing as she ask for my information she used short cuts to just to ask about my insurance. She didn’t speak clearly . I ended my call she was horrible. That took place on 11/ 09/23 morning. Poor customer service skills. I wonder if the exam would be effective?

Overall the service is really really good, the eye exam is thorough, mine lasted over 2 hours and when I was done I felt confident that every nook was looked into. My problem came when I chose my frames..,I should have gone to another high end store-their frames are $$$$$$$$$$. To deep for my pockets. I am on Medicare and even with my insurance HAD TO select out of the $99.00 case, then with the other options I chose my glasses came to $779.00 without the deductions for being in the network. After the deductions the glasses were 383.00. No way, I will be getting a refund and going somewhere else for the money that I am paying here I can go somewhere else and get a really, really nice frame with the extras and after my deductions will come out ahead. I can even afford to get my polarized sunglasses since the frames won't cost $600.00, $995.00. I will go back for my eye exams but I will go elsewhere for my frames and lens. This place has changed a lot, not for people on an income.
