We are pleased with our experience with our 4 year old. They have done every test very patiently. Very kind with the kids. We would strongly recommend to go here. Thank you doctors and Illinois eye institute for your good service.

A Polish eye Dr there asked if my daughter was retarded or something. My daughter's deaf & she was hungry that day because I didn't know I had to bring in her lunch. Never taking her there again. The reason I didn't walk out was because her school was expecting the results soon. I'll have find out how to report this facility for discrimination. UIC is the better choice!

My sons have been coming here for two years. I have taken them both to several chain eye facilities and no one had been able to thoroughly and confidently tell me what was going on with my baby boy. Here, he has received the best care and recommendations for therapy and treatment. My sons love the care they receive.

If I could rate this a negative star I would! My daughter just received glassed Jan 20th 2019. I got numerous calls telling me to bring her in to make sure the glasses she received were working for her eye condition. I go there for her appointment they stated well her glasses are doing the job but where going to give you 2 more pair of glasses that she didn't need. Which means once she goes to her eye appointment later this year and they prescribe glasses Medicaid won't pay for them. I came in today to pickup her glasses after them constantly calling me to pick them up get there they only have 1 pair which means I have to go back for the second pair also I got the run around when asked to speak to a supervisor/manager and hung up on.
