Where to begin, I called asking if they could adjust TWO pairs of designer glasses that I didn’t even buy from them out of desperation (my normal eye dr wasn’t comfortable, and a repair shop denied even trying to help) and Leslie said without hesitation that she would help. I went in near closing time because of traffic, and she adjusted them happily. I was so impressed with her and the entire staff for helping me TWICE with frames that I didn’t even buy from them that I ended up buying my dream sunglasses from them, and will return for all new glasses from now on! Incredible products to match incredible customer service. 10/10 recommend!

The level of service of this location is absolutely incredible! My spouse and I really enjoyed going there when we lived in SLC. Recently we moved to the East Coast, and another glasses shop damaged my spouse's glasses when attempting to switch the lenses of his favorite frames. I desperately reached out to Image Eyes Optical with the receipt of the frames & asked if they still had them in stock. Leslie was a lifesaver and helped me surprise my spouse with a new pair (complete with a wonderful, handwritten note). I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of service at this location, thank you!
