I've been coming to see Dr. Jen for several years now. Last time I was in they made me new lenses for a pair of glasses from another seller. I loved these old frames. Unfortunately, they broke while I was on vacation. I brought them in today to get fixed. When that wasn't possible Steve was able to work with me to maximize my insurance to get me new frames. He even found other frames I could borrow in the meantime because they fit the exact shape of my old lenses. I am so thankful for the kindness, professionalism, and to be able to see again!

I’ve only had one appointment so far, but staff were incredibly nice, both over the phone and in person. My appointment was quick and painless. Staff (particularly Emily and Dr Jen) made sure that I felt comfortable every step of the way, explaining each step in the exam and clearly walking me through any questions I had. I walked away feeling like I actually understand my eye health. In addition, they clearly explained any charges before they processed them and didn’t pressure me into any additional testing, scans, or glasses. I highly recommend In Focus Eye Center, especially if you live within walking, biking, or transit distance of Inman Park 😃

These guys are friendly, helpful, accommodating, and most importantly - exceedingly good at their practice. The process of finding the best contacts for myself has been a journey, but the folks at In Focus have been with me every step of the way. They really take the time to listen and find the best solutions. They are willing to call, text or email - whatever works best for you. They have a ton of sample products in-store, so trying different products on-the-fly is easy and efficient. This is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had as a customer. Period. 5 stars!
