My appointment was scheduled for 1:00PM. I wasn’t seen until 2:15PM. Those of us sitting in the waiting room asked what the issue was. We are told they didn’t know where the doctor was. Dr Keeling never apologized for keeping us waiting. I really don’t think he even cared. I will not be going back to any physician associated with Cataract and Laser Institute

This eye doctor is very unprofessional. I wished I would have stayed at my old doctor. Every time I try ordering my glasses, they keep misplacing my paperwork and keep wanting for me to come in. The lady told me that it was nothing that she could do and that I would have to come in again like it wasn't problem at all of them not keeping up with people files. When I asked the lady for her manager number, she stated that she cannot give me the number, but she will have her manager reach out to me. I been wearing glasses since I was two years old and I never in my life experience nothing like this. My eye doctor in the Greenwood mall was better than them. Lesson learned and this will be my last visit there.

I have been a patient here for 28 years. Dr. McCormick was my doctor and then Dr. Barina when he retired. I had excellent cataract and implant surgery with her. She also did my laser surgery for my glaucoma. I was turned over to Dr. Terry after everything was stable with my glaucoma. He has done a great job caring for my eyesight checks. He answers all my questions and is very kind. The wait times are better now since they have separated the testing from the doctor’s check. It does involve another trip in, but if you are not a great distance it works better. Morning appointments seem to go quicker than afternoon.

Everytime I come here it takes over 30 minutes to even be seen by any of the assistants let alone the doctor. Today I decided while I was waiting for 40 minutes to schedule a new patient appointment with a competitor and I could do it all on my phone in 5 minutes. Indiana Eye Clinic needs to close for a day for quality improvement and process training. Not a single person there knows what’s going on.

My optometrist was pleased that they followed his directions. I’ve had more eye pain and discomfort following surgery than expected. Off and on for 2 weeks up to day of surgery on second eye.

Very thorough eye exam! I had cataract and correctional eye surgery over a year ago and have perfect vision after having worn glasses since grade school. I was very pleased with Dr. Keeling and his treatment and with Dr. King for follow-up this year. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, answering all questions. Wait time has improved this past year.
