The doctor was amazing! He was so kind and informative. He answered many of my questions without me asking. He gave me options to choose from with my contacts and the staff were very helpful as I looked for new frames. Overall, it was an amazing experience & I’m so glad I went to LensCrafters!!! I just wish they were in-network with VSP. That would’ve made the experience so much better! 10/10 for sure!

Great experience here. The exam was quick and thorough, and the sales staff was knowledgeable and made some great recommendations. It's near a main building entrance as well, so you don't have to fiddle much with mall traffic getting in an out of the location. Prices were a little higher than I expected, but there are plenty of deals and coupons available, so do a quick Google search before you get there. Also, set an appointment online if you can: it's way easier.

Dr. Emmons is one of the most knowledgeable and compassionate doctors of any kind I've had. He patiently and clearly explained all aspects of my eye health, prognosis, future steps, and options. The technicians were kind and professional, taking great care in cleaning equipment and explaining initial tests. Overall, an amazing group of professionals and well-organized practice. They know their business, and they deeply care about people. Thank you.
