The staff and the doctors are always very polite and very knowledgeable, and even though today I had a different doctor, they made sure that I was comfortable and they asked me questions, and if there was anything they could do to make the experience better

Somehow I had a tear in my retina. The staff was phenomenal. Dr. Kim was awesome too! . He explained what was happening in my eye and what needed to be done to repair . Then the procedure was done fast and efficient. I was very impressed with it all. Thank you! Thank you!

My first and last visit to Indiana Retina Center was earlier today. My appointment took two hours. I was absolutely stunned at the number of people in that office. They must schedule appointments every ten minutes. After my initial tests, it was suggested that I wait in the waiting room by reception, because that was less crowded than the second waiting room farther inside the office. Did I mention there was no air conditioning? Doors were open, no one said anything about why there was no air conditioning when it was 81 degrees outside. The doctor seemed knowledgeable, but spent only about five minutes with me. For the two hours I was there, I would estimate I only spent a total of 15 minutes on tests and with the doctor. I felt as though I was no more important to them than a cow waiting to be milked.
