Friendly and professional staff and medical team. My appointment was smooth from checking in process, to exam and finally to choosing lenses. Very pleased and highly recommended.

Very happy with all. Staff was very nice & friendly. Got right in for my eye exam at exact time of my appointment. Doctor was super nice. In & out very quick. Would definitely recommend Inland Eye Care.

A was there a couple weeks ago. Two different appointments for each of my kids. The receptionist was extremely rude to me and other people who walked in. She does not even greet you she just asks “do you have an appointment?” One of the appointments last week we were 15 mins late. When we arrived no one was in the office other than 3 staff (receptionist, the assistant and doctor). She said I needed to reschedule and I told her to ask the doctor if he would please consider seeing my son as it is difficult to get to places with him (he is autistic which I notified them of when I made the appointment). She just kept repeating the late policy and said there are other patients he has to see (we were the only patients there at the time). Apparently, the doctor wanted me to reschedule too. We were there today and the same receptionist was working. She was still rude and unprofessional. Additionally, her hair was messy like she just woke out of bed and was wearing an hoodie. I arrived 10 minutes before our appointment started. However, after waiting 30 minutes I asked if she could let me know how much longer it would be. She stared at me and said nothing. I told her it was rude to have me wait 30 minutes (we were actually waiting about 40) when they wouldn’t even see my son when we were only 15 minutes late. Her reasoning was “he has other patients he needs to see”. I will say the assistant to the doctor was really patient and nice to my son with autism. It’s too bad their receptionist does not have the same kindness and professionalism.
