His laid back approach should not be misconstrued as indifference. He allows customers to linger and try on glasses without heavy sales pressure. His supportive staff reflects our local culture in several languages (Polish, English, Spanish, etc.) and his amazing sense of humor always is a source of joy, even on a rainy day. Far beyond standard perscription lenses, he has helped me revamp thrift store vintage lenses, and regularly exhibits enormous patience and gentleness, even around the elderly. Highly recommended.
