They actually truly CARE about you. The online appointment-setting and document-filling process was incredibly easy and straight forward (the best I’ve EVER experienced). Their communication through email, text and the courtesy call to remind of appointment was efficient and effective (none of the double paperwork malarkey of other offices… “here’s a new patient packet because we don’t see your email with the original packet you filled out”). Staff is warm, down to earth, flexible and effective. And last, they have humility and are actually receptive to you, your feedback, and your questions. I truly enjoyed my experience.

This was my first eye doctor ever so I was not sure what to expect, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were very patient and caring and were able to get me into a good pair of glasses. They will definitely be where I go for my yearly exams.

The staff and doctor are friendly and knowledgeable. They were respectful of my time so there was no long wait. It was very personalized and I felt like they listened to my concerns - something I didn't get at other offices in town. What a great experience!
