Highly recommend Insight, 10/10. Everyone from the front desk, to the assistants and Dr Joanne is very friendly. I've been w Dr Heetland for years now and I've always enjoyed my visits to Insight. They have all the recent technology to ensure high quality eye exams and fair prices on their glasses and contact lens!

I've used Insight for my yearly checkup since 2021 and I am very satisfied with every aspect of it. The staff are friendly and competent, the wait time is minimal and the doctor gives a thorough exam and answers questions/concerns with expert care. I highly recommend

Excellent service. Did not have to wait for appointment. Dr. Heetland is very thorough. My husband had to get prescription sunglasses and regular glasses. Personable staff and professional. We got a call after we left, saying that the lenses were under warranty and it saved us about $175. Not everyone would go the extra mile to check on that after we already paid. Highly recommend.
