I was told I had eye misalignment and needed $700+ glasses called NeuroLense. I purchased them and wore them for a month. I called them and told them I didn’t think they made a difference and wanted a refund. They said it’s because my prescription was never put in my glasses. They never even knew the prescription wasn’t in the glasses, I had to call and complain about them. So I essentially paid for $700 of nothing and they were going never tell me. They told me to come so they could fix the glasses but at that point I just wanted the refund. Not to mention the the NeuroLense is just “prism glasses” you can get online for $20. When I went in to get the refund they never apologized for anything.

My first time at the Jenks Insight. Had a post-op after cataract surgery and my regular Insight office was closed. The staff and doctor were all very friendly and helpful. I had some concerns, but did some tests and doctor explained everything thoroughly, so I left feeling so much better. Pleasant experience I highly recommend them.
