I was excied to try Insight Vision Center due to its proximity to my home, but my experience left me feeling disappointed. My initial visit involved an hour-long wait before being called in. After undergoing some eye tests, I was left waiting another 15 minutes for the doctor's arrival. Upon receiving my new glasses (obtained elsewhere with InSight's prescription), I was very upset and disappointed to discover that the prescription for one eye was significantly off, rendering them unusable. I called and Insight Vision Center offered a re-examination. Despite being the first scheduled appointment of the day, I once had to wait before being seen. While the revised prescription is an improvement, it is still not perfect. At this stage, it's not worth the hassle to revisit for further adjustments. Initially my rating was a single star, but I decided on two stars as a result of their willingness to reassess my prescription.

Very disappointed with cataract surgery. Paid an extra $400 to make sure that they got the lenses right. What a waste of money my vision is worse now than it was before. Do your research. I will update if things change
