Wonderful staff, from making the appointment, check in to the doctors! The clinic is fresh and clean. Well decorated and comfortable. Would recommend anyone to this group of doctors.

Dr. Lee saw my father for a standard evaluation and was polite, professional, and charming. It’s clear she is an ophthalmic scarecrow; outstanding in her field. The supporting staff and technicians were also very competent. The entire experience was smooth and comfortable and I’m confident my father received top tier health care.

Insight Vision Group will not provide you with accurate estimated costs of cataract surgery. Expect to see a bill for at least hundreds of dollars more from the doctors associated with this group that require you to pay the group. We then paid an additional $50.00 and received a bill from this facilities Dr's who performed the procedure for an additional almost $600. We called and discussed with the billing department and asked for a detailed explanation of what the charges were, why we owed another ~$600 and established a verbally binding contract that they would not refer this to a collection agency until they explained the above. They did not send, call or email with an explanation but refereed this to a collection agency and now will not discuss the violation of the binding contract. The Collection agency sent us all the detail Insight Vision had on all the costs and bills which Insight Vision did not send us, even though they had them to send to the collection agency. Insight Vision Billing will not discuss this matter since they violated the verbally binding contract and refereed the bills from three doctors to a collection agency. Procedure was done well, the billing and collection process will not honor binding contracts to provide additional information and appears to not care that the patient has a reasonable explanation of additional charges, even when they have the information.
