Staff was pleasant and professional. Jennifer, the intake nurse, was respectful and courteous. I would have rated the entire experience as 5 star with one exception: The entire group lacks cohesiveness of information regarding patient scheduling from surgery to followup.
Overall, I would recommend them to other prospective patients.

Dr.Muylaert was very nice and professional. However, my appointment was scheduled for 8:30, I had to wait for almost an hour before I saw her. This happens every time I have an appointment. Are you just booking too many patients at one time? When my appointment is that early, I should not have to wait that long. I shouldn't have to adjust my schedule just because it always takes so long to see the doctor. Very frustrating.

Dr Carl Johnson and his team at Insight Vision Group are outstanding! Each and every visit is so good! I recently had cataract surgery and cannot say enough positive things about them! Dr Johnson and team are truly genuine, professional and organized. I was treated with respect and well cared for the entire time, an excellent experience from start to finish! Thank you all, I am grateful 😊
