The care provided is decent, like anywhere else you might go to receive basic eye care. However, there is no positive regard for folks who don't have vision insurance and who are looking for quality care. Intermountain Eye in Meridian seemed to be far more heart- and community-centered in that regard, offering some flexibility to folks in need of care, while this establishment on Front St and the associated billing department seem to be far more wallet-focused and far less heart-focused.

After receiving very poor service at another eye doctor office, I went to Intermountain Eye Centers Optical center to order my glasses. I went there because they carry Maui Jim's and Silhouette glasses. I was greeted by Michelle Harris who listened to what I was looking for and worked with making sure my insurance was used and I could spend my remaining FSA money. She was so friendly and made my wants/needs feel heard and even took additional time to figure out how to order the glass frames I really wanted. I highly recommend the optical center for ordering your glasses. Michelle made my day and ended 2020 with good hope! Thank you Michelle for being good at what you do and doing it with love and joy!
