This was going to be a three star review, but they sort of redeemed themselves when I saw them yesterday. Front desk staff is not what they should be. When I was there to check in for my appointment I had to stand there for almost 10 minutes while they answered phone calls. The first time I called for an appointment, I expressed the need to see an ophthalmologist. They then made an appointment for me with an optometrist, who then said I needed to see an ophthalmologist. When I asked if the desk why they had made an appointment with an optometrist, they told me that all of their doctors were cross-trained and were skilled in all the same things except surgery, which is of course a tremendous lie. However, I went back yesterday and saw Dr Stevens, who is about as nice a specialist as you will ever meet in your life. He also took care of me immediately, because he saw that I was in urgent need of treatment. They injected my eyes, a procedure I've had before. Previously I had always had a lot of pain for two days afterward. This office has a unique step that they do where they wash your eyes out after the treatment and I had almost zero pain. I'm really sold on Dr Stevens and his incredibly competent and kind assistant whose name I can't remember (Carson?) For now, I'll let them get away with a four star rating.

May 23, 2023 Dr. Stevens resume looked good. The appointment was a retina check for confirmation of wet macular degeneration. No explanation of my condition or injection of medication into eye for treatment. Numbed area of eye with drops. Injected needle in area of eye that was NOT numbed then injected needle in numbed area. Both injections were painful. No empathy for error or stress of receiving eye injection. I do not recommend. A no star rating for this horrible experience 😢 The staff was friendly.

Very poorly run business. Particularly since Dr. Harf left. There are so many options out there. Pick anyone but these guys. Can’t get through to anyone. Rotating doctors all the time. Closed half the month.
