Dr Reynolds is way too rushed. Did not take the time to answer questions about his patient. That is extremely rude. Also, update the elevators for this building. You cannot fit the provided wheelchairs in the elevator. Come on!!!! Either expand your office in the proper facility and get staff that will listen to the patients, or get a new profession. Seems like McDonald’s where they just want to rush you through.

Dr. Hopstad treated me quite badly on my last visit, September 28, 2023. 1. His bedside manner was horrible. He was short with me, discourteous, and he spoke down to me in a very disparaging manner. 2. He got upset with me because I had failed to take my eyedrops everyday. This OD does not understand that it takes minimum of 6 weeks or more for a human to develop a new habit, but he lambasted me for forgetting. 3. The next reason he was short and ugly with me is because I had the audacity to complain about the racial comments that a patient in their waiting area directed at me. 4. It was an extremely unpleasant experience for me. 5. He even tried to liken my taking eyedrops every night to be akin to the precision of my work as an Army Sniper (of which I trained 12 weeks shooting 10 hours a day to develop such skill). I found his statements humiliating and undermining my 27 years of service dedicated to the American people. 6. I think this provider should focus more atention on being pleasant and less gestapo like. 7. I don't think patients go to his clinic to be beaten down for missing drops.

Idk if I've been lucky or what. I see the negative reviews but I've never experienced any of that. I've been getting my eyes checked there for years. Everyone has always been very nice to me and very thorough with my care. Especially Dr. Betts and Dr. Hicks.
