Humana recommended this place, telling me my diabetic eye exam & vision exam 100% covered with no copay on my part. When I called to make appointment the receptionist got me in the next day! Sadly, I should have recognized red flag....then when I went, to the appointment NO ONE was in there.... I should have turned around and walked out. Danielle at front desk, said I had to sign a refraction? I did not understand what she mumbled to explain but I trusted it was necessary. Before I went back for Exam with Lee Carter, an elderly woman in a wheelchair being pushed by a Male companion was put through same requirements to sign. She never heard of it either. Lee Carter seemed not engaged with my exam and after leaving me 45 minutes for my eyes to dilate came back and forgot to tell me he was going to shine light in my left eye and I ended up in ER 2 days later from pain so bad I thought I was having an aneurysm. Then their incompetence resulted with Medicare getting a bill that they should have sent to Humana. Intermountain charged $45 for this refraction fee of theirs and my grievance is still ongoing with Humana.

First time over there but one of the Dr is kind of rude while holding and position my head. It is just a normal eye exam.

This place loves to waste ur time. Just a basic eye exam and it takes 2 hrs. Why would u schedule so many people at 1 time.
