Great experience! Everyone was extremely polite and professional from check-in to exam to check-out. Super quick and easy, totally painless, and really enjoyable, streamlined experience. Felt like everyone explained everything to me at every step of the appointment, from pricing, to eye exam procedures, to contact/glasses options, etc., and I really felt that Dr. Esmail and the whole staff truly cared about my eye health. Will definitely recommend and am glad to have found InView.

Highly recommend. Everyone was kind and super efficient. Decent selection of frames. When they took my glasses to have optical department read the prescription, my glasses came back cleaned and tightened. Really thoughtful. Dr Esmail took a lot of time with me and made sure all my questions were answered. The very kind woman who fitted me for my new glasses and who does the work on the glasses, I'm so sorry I don't remember her name, she obviously knows what she's doing and knew exactly what I needed. She was wearing heart shaped glasses...so she gets some bonus style points too. If you need or want more than the basic big box optical department or zero service online glasses sites, Inview is an excellent choice.

Wonderful experience! Staff is very knowledgeable and there was no pressure to add on services or to buy glasses. They provided information about pricing before doing anything. Will recommend to everyone.
