My daughter started vision therapy quite a while back and we loved it. Dr. Cohen is amazing and has really helped my daughter improve immensely. Over the summer my grandfather was diagnosed with cancer and given 3 months to live. I was switching with my mom to go help care for him and ultimately decided to cancel further appointments until school started. I called to let the receptionist know, she always seemed to be confused about anything I ever called about though. Anyways, I mistakenly missed an appointment and I take full accountability for that. The woman who called to see where I was, was insanely rude (anytime she called me she was) and let me know I was no longer able to make any appointments because of how many appointments I had to cancel while my grandfather was sick. The lack of understanding or empathy was very disappointing. The only reason I gave 3 stars was for how amazing and knowledgeable Dr. Cohen is.

Schedule an appointment 3 months in advance. Make changes to my work schedule to accommodate my visit and on the day of my appointment I go to check in to be notified that my insurance is not in network. I was never notified by the staff about this in the 3 months leading up to the appointment. Honestly, I was recommended by an optometrist to see her because I have a lazy eye. Unfortunately, her staff doesn't meet the same expectations that Dr. Cohen does would not recommend unfortunately.

My daughter has been coming to Invision for the past 4 months and it has been life changing. She went from barely being able to read to reading everything in sight! I’m amazed! The staff is kind and truly cares about each patient. Dr. Cohen and her staff are wonderful.
