Always a great experience. I am a many many year customer. The staff are all always positive and helpful. The doctors are the very best. Always on time appointments. The only hiccup is the under construction situation. And no lab to do repairs and lens etc. Thus a week delay in orders.

I’ve never visited this Lenscrafters before. I showed up early for my appointment and had to wait a little, as was expected; as my appointment was at 5:00, however, I was a little frustrated that I ended up waiting about 15 minutes to even be seen for my exam. The woman who administered my exam was prompt, communicative, professional and kind (incredibly grateful for her presence) but was clearly the only competent employee there. The rest of them didn’t offer any clarification or assistance on why the wait was so long as I proceeded to wait another 20 minutes after the exam was finished when I was told I should be given my prescription already so I could sign the invoice and leave. Instead, the other employees sat and gossiped amongst themselves while this woman was the only one assisting multiple other customers. The doctor was very kind and helpful as well, however the establishment could do with a rehiring to implement a better standard of customer service. Ultimately, though I had the good fortune of a professional, competent doctor, her employees were lazy, unfriendly, and frankly useless with the exception of one. Probably won't be returning.

I have been using Island Optometry & LensCrafters for my eye exams & glasses for many years. They have never disappointed me or my family! The physicians are the most experienced & capable of their field! They are honest & sincere & treat you as if you are family! And the staff are all helpful & welcoming & respectful! I will never go anywhere else! I know I’m in good hands every time I go there! I trust them explicitly! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! Connie Ripp
