This Doctor is probably a very good doctor but he has horrible people running the office for him. The receptionist is extremely rude and she has no respect for the needs of the patients. This person has zero empathy for a calling patient who’s in need of this doctors specialty. Thanks god that we live in a city with a lot of options. But I really believe that being a good doctor is not enough when your front office hangs up on a calling patient for no reason at all.

Dr Rafi is one of the best surgeons that I have ever come across. His Bleph surgeries are amazing . We are all so pleased with his work. One of a kind surgeon! I would not go anywhere else!

He is top notch!!! I give him 10 Stars!! He's the best Surgeon and eye Dr. In California! He's been my doctor for many years and has helped me very very much! I totally trust him with my eyes! I have sent many of my friends who he has helped and has fixed every problem they had. He's a brilliant doctor!!!! One of my friends daughter was blind in one eye. She went to Dr. Israel and he said when he looked at her eye he knew her Mom had problems at birth that made her blind in one eye. Dr. Israel fixed it!!! She is no longer blind in that eye! I did an eye lid surgery with him and the end product was fantastic.

I had my eyelid surgery 3 days before Christmas, and on the Christmas morning when I woke up, I realized that I had rubbed my eyes and it was bleeding. Being Christmas, I didn't think that I could get hold of the doctor, but when I called, he immediately responded and wanted to see me within 45 minutes, I got there and he re-stitched my eyelid again. He didn't even charge me, one of THE BEST doctors you have seen anywhere. Highly recommend him.
