I had an appointment yesterday. Check-in was quick and the MA who did the initial testing was nice. But then began the torture of waiting.... came out once and asked how long it will take. The (other) MA said 5-10 minutes and you're next. After another 15-20 min, I came out and asked the reason for the delay. This same MA was so rude for asking- her attitude was why TF are you complaining, just shut up and wait. She told me that I should expect the wait time for an eye check to be 2-3 hours!? 2-3 hours for a dilated eye exam??? The doctor just happened to come out and apologized for the delay. Clearly, she was overbooked with patients but this MA did not have the bloody courtesy to explain and apologize for the delay. They should have come into the room and kept me informed but instead she was rude to me when I asked. I might go again coz the doctor was nice but will not hesitate to fire them if they give me this nonsense again.

Waited over 3 hours to see a doctor. No update from any of the staff members. Kept saying you’re next to see the doctor but it took forever. The equipment is old and needs to be updated. I’ve been to different facilities with much better and up-to-date pieces of equipment to do the eye exams on. When Doctor Camp did show up, he pretended that he didn't care about our wait time. Definitely needs improvement in the attitude of the doctor we have dealt with and the staff.
