I never leave reviews, but the service was so bad I need to. I went in for my scheduled appointment and wasn’t seen until an hour after the scheduled appointment. That was fine, I understood it looked like he a had a lot of patients to see. At the end of my appointment, he wanted to do a test, but since my eyes had already been dilated, he couldn’t. It was a visual field test (which I had already taken at my optometrist office and had my records sent to him). I thought, well maybe he needs them done at his office. So he told me to book my follow up appointment for that test at the front desk – no problem. When I came in for this follow-up appointment, wasn’t able to get in for my test until 1 hour and 45 minutes AFTER when I was scheduled to be in. My test took 10 minutes and they had me pay ANOTHER co-pay even though I could have taken this test before they dilated my eyes. I already had this test done by my optometrist and I didn’t even see the doctor for this appointment. Essentially, they are getting paid twice for doing one appointments worth of work. I recently got health insurance, thankfully, because if I did not have it I would have to pay twice for a doctors visit even though I only went in for 10 min exam and didn’t see the doctor – not to mention waited WAY TOO LONG for my appointment. I had them give me all my medical records that were taken and am never going back. The lady at the front counter was not friendly or apologetic either. I’m going to call my insurance and see if this is even legal to do. Warning to those who come to this place (especially if you have to pay out of pocket): make sure you get all the tests you need to get done before they dilate you. If you go to this place, make sure you have 2-3 hours of time to spare because even for a normal exam you won’t get seen until 1-3 hours after your appointment.

Dr Campana and staff are WONDERFUL! The Doctor is very patient and kind and answers all your questions. I am a pilot and had to have surgery on both my eyes (2 surgeries. One at a time) so of course I was nervous. He helped put my mind at ease and filled out all the paperwork to go back to work. And let me tell you about Deborah. She has helped me through the years picking out the correct glasses and even taught me how to wear contacts. Yes, sometimes you have to wait as they don’t turn anyone away and they take their time with each patient. But it is worth the wait. Love this office.
