The staff is not professional at all, young girl sat doing her homework, while the guy at the counter was playing Michael Jackson music talking on his phone using profanity, very little help, the eye doctor was very polite & kind, but the staff needs to go

I give this place 5 stars absolutely amazing service!!! Ernest is honestly the best - she made my appointment quickly and attended to me and my daughter so well. She truly makes this office so welcoming 💕 Dr. Berger is amazing made my daughters visit fun and educational. I highly recommend this eye doctor office I will be coming here moving forward. My 7yr olds review is 100/100 and two thumbs up 👍 💕 - Again thank youuuuuu Ernest 🌺

I can not begin to say how happy I was with the services and treatment I received there. I had an appointment and when I arrived ,there were 6 people there. When the doctor came out he asked who was next the staff said a couple of names and said I had an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised when he said since I was on time with an appointment I would be seen first. So I suggest to make an appointment although they accept walk ind. I had the .ost thorough exam I have ever had in 60 years. The doctor was kind, very interested in making g sure I was well informed and comfortable. After the exam the front desk staff went above and beyond my expectations. The young lady had put glasses on the side for me to look at and did not try to sell me something I couldn't afford. I can not believe that I found d such a great place in the neighborhood.

Extremely professional and friendly staff. Choosing and buying glasses was never this easy. Would highly recommend to anyone in the neighborhood. Shoutout to Leo and his staff for helping me out!
