I was in Charleston on vacation and ran out of contacts (my delivery never came before I left). Jackson Davenport was able to get me set up with a new order of contacts! They were so nice and the office is beautiful. Highly recommend!

Supremely Helpful! I can't say how grateful I am to the talented folks at Jackson Davenport! I have a pair of Garrett Leight sunglasses that are now discontinued. These are my all time favorite pair of sunglasses. Well, I stepped on them wearing shoes while they were lying on my brick steps. I thought these shades were done for good. They looked so jacked up! I contacted GLCO and they said that Jackson Davenport was a stockist and that I should try there before shipping them back to see if the lap at GLCO could repair them. So, I stopped in while I had a free minute downtown at the King Street location. They immediately took a look at the glasses and started working on them. They took my name and number to call me when they had them ready. Then I was looking around the store trying stuff on when Dr. Davenport said, "try these now." I tried them on and they were still a little crooked. She took them back and then a couple of minutes later she came back with them and they were perfect. I was so relieved! These shades aren't available anywhere - GLCO, E-Bay, or anywhere else. So thankful!

Very nice staff and they were willing to repair my bent frames for free after I stepped on them. Looking forward to going back
