Here is a review of the service at Jackson Eye Associates, Madison Office on 4/8/22. It is 2:45 PM on Friday; I called to make an appointment, as a new patient. The operator that answered the call said the office was no longer taking phone calls, and the phones rolled over to the answering service. The office hours are clearly stated as 8AM - 3PM on Fridays. What type of customer service can be expected when the office hours are random? If the office closes at 2:45 on Friday, that should be listed as the office hours and patients would not waste time calling between 2:45 and 3:00 PM. If you don't mind this type of customer service, submit to them; if you feel your patronage is valuable, find another Ophthalmologist if you are looking for service.

I always have a pleasant experience when I come to this location. The staff is super nice and friendly. And the doctor I see, doctor Whitaker (I think I am misspelling his name), is awesome. He is very very nice, but more importantly, very efficient and knowledgeable about what he is doing. I was having some eye problems and went to see him. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a simple regimen to follow, and the next day, my eyes were feeling and doing much better than it had in about two months, and getting better. Definitely worth visiting.
