Where to start...
The moment you walk in the positive atmosphere the staff creates is unlike any doctors office (in general) I have been to. The Doctor was extremely personable and remembers me and things we talked about the year before! The exam was explained to me every step of the way, what the doctor was looking for, descriptions of the picture of the back of my eye, what the certain machines are doing, surprisingly thorough I wasn’t just another brick in the wall!

New assistant is intensely unpleasant. I was greeted with “….and you are?”. It was obvious she hadn’t showered recently. Not ok when working in close proximity with patients. She was totally unclear with instructions regarding pre-exam machines. Jackson is great, but he wasn’t there and I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone.

Dr Jackson explained all my eye issues so clearly for me to understand .But most importantly showing me the details of my eyes on the screen where I was able to see for myself and he is so polite,Caring He makes you feel so important as a patient and he listened to me and answered all my questions. I'm so glad my daughter referred me to him everything she said about him was so accurate. Now going to the Glasses Guy to fill my prescription. Another happy referral place from my daughter.
