I have diabetic retinopathy and macular edema. I saw Dr Jallow the first time today Feb 22, 2018. He is an amazing Dr and knows the eye better than 4 other Drs Ive been treated by in the past 4 years. He got to the root of the problem and probably will save my one eye. I am so glad I found him.

It is 4:00 PM and we’re just getting home (we live 5 minutes away). We arrived at Dr. Jallows at 12:45 PM for a 1 PM appointment. 3 HOURS for my grandmother to be seen and complete an exam. The staff is very underwhelming no basic customer service skills. This doctors office is such a perfect example of everything wrong with America. The front desk staff gives me papers to fill out but then takes the insurance card when I ask for it back she says no she still needs it…. As if she has no awareness of what the papers she gave me ask for (insurance info). Why also am I filling out insurance info 2x in your packet when your staff needs to hold onto it. Before this experience I was actually considering just making an appointment if my grandma had a good experience but based on wasting a half a day in here absolutely not. It’s interesting that we’re in 2025 and doctors make the exorbitant amounts they make and with all the new technology, their processes are still stuck in the 90s. I trust no doctor who can’t competently schedule or hire staff that can manage appointments better because the only thing they’ve optimized for is to squeeze as many people for monetary gain instead of improving process to actually handle the volume in a timely manner. This office is a disgrace in 2025 and all others like it with terrible patient last practices. Let’s not even begin with the fact that my grandmother would not have been able to fill out her packet by herself with her hands being shaky. The way the elderly are disregarded in these proceedings needs to be studied. 2 stars only because maybe the doctor was more competent than the experience with the practice as a whole

Dr Jallow has a big heart. He's knowledgeable and and really cares for his patients

Without Dr. Jallow I would be blind. He is not only an amazingly skillful doctor he is also a warm and compassionate man. Dr. Jallow is the very best in what a doctor should be and I am very grateful I found him. Truly he is a healer and a man of God. Michael Sachs

The most amazing eye doctor I meet in my life, he cares, he is so smart, he knows how to treat patients, so glad to have Dr. Jallo as my doctor. 100% recommend you will love his job

STAY AWAY from this Doctor's office!!! The NASTIEST women working there and refuse to accept referrals from other doctors. This doctor only accepts cash and his primary business seems to be certifying medical marijuana applications not being an Ophthalmologist, which explains Everything going on in his office!!
