Dr. Benning is usually professional, polite, friendly, and quick. I was also very happy with the customer service. Elliot in particular is very helpful, professional, and friendly, and he anticipated our needs. I was disappointed the last two times I went however. Dr Benning took another patient first whose appointment was after ours even though we arrived on time and before the other patient and were in plain sight with our paperwork done. There was no apology or even acknowledgment. Considering I had all 4 of my kids with me and they were getting very antsy after waiting for about 30 minutes, it made everything more difficult for everyone. The most recent time I went by myself for a 1:15 appointment. I arrived a few minutes early to get the paperwork done, but had to wait nearly 25 minutes past my appointment time before Dr Benning entered the building, presumably returning from lunch, without even an apology or acknowledgment again. Delays in a medical office are understandable but both of these experiences felt unnecessary and disrespectful. Previous visits have been much better.

Receptionist ok but not very welcoming or knowledgeable of procedure of checking in. Dr B ok but not as thorough as he’s been in the past. Ok for what i needed but may go back to my Opthomalogist next time for routine…more thorough
