Great experience from beginning to end. Front desk was welcoming, helpful, patient, kind and professional. Wait was not long. Waiting room is clean, quiet, comfortable and inviting. Dr. Richter did a through exam, very informative, took her time to ensure I had the right prescription and was able to see the eye chart clearly. Highly recommend this office.

James Eye Associates has a great team, my eye exam was quick, and they had a good selection of frames to choose from that were high quality and fairly affordable. They took my insurance, and the experience was very good! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!

The staff are really knowledgeable, efficient and the customer service is phenomenal. I brought my daughter here for a routine exam and she was very pleased with her visit. I would recommend families who are looking for an optometrist to start here!
