Dr. Prediger retired, and Dr. Switalski has taken over the clinic. My 1 star here is due to old information. The phone number for Dr. Prediger's clinic has also been carried over by Dr. Switalski, as well.

I went here about two years ago for a new prescription. I just walked in the last asked how she could help me. I told her I didn't have insurance and what I needed and asked how much it would cost. She told me and I thought the price was fair so I agreed, filled out paperwork (as is standard when seeing a professional specialist), and waited for the doctor to finish with client he was with. He didn't have anyone waiting to see him, so he just saw me next. He was very nice and professional. Gave me the prescription and advice about types of lenses to look for and then I left to find my frames. The whole thing took about an hour, at a maximum an hour and a half. Was very satisfied with my experience at this optometrist office. Update: Just went in the other day, still excellent. Still took no time at all. And Dr. Prediger was very nice.

Woman at front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. She acts annoyed simply to have to answer a question or get a form. I told her my insurance name and she said "we don't accept that." I told her ok and asked for a reimbursement form and her response was "Well, I guess I could find you one if we even have any." I told her don't bother it seems to be too much trouble. I dropped my teenaged son off for an appointment and arrived nearly an hour later and went inside where he was still the only person in the waiting room. I asked him "all done?" She said "No, he's not all done." He and I just looked at her. A little while later he was called back by the doctor and literally in and out from the exam in 5 minutes. No apologies or explanations for the wait. With so many options, why choose a place that could care less about their patients experience?
