I’ve been coming here since I was in high school and moved to Austin in ‘08 don’t remember which dr I started with. But since maybe 2015 ish I started seeing Dr. Sally Hamissou & she’s AMAZING SO HELPFUL & the rest of the staff are amazing and welcoming & helpful! They’re all amazing ! Their office is always spotless and organized even before the pandemic as well! I always recommend them to my friends and family !

Dear Jansen Optical Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store. On May 5, 2023, I brought in my eyeglasses that needed to be repaired. I was assisted by one of your associates who assured me that the glasses would be fixed within two business days. However, when I returned to pick up my glasses on May 8, I was told that they were not ready yet. I was very disappointed as I had made arrangements to use my glasses for an important work presentation on May 9. I was also surprised to hear that the associate who helped me previously had not properly documented my request, and that my glasses had not even been sent out for repair. I find this level of service unacceptable, especially since I had been a loyal customer for several years. I am disappointed that Jansen Optical would make false promises and fail to deliver on its commitments. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and improve your service quality. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with an update on my glasses and when I can expect them to be ready. I look forward to hearing from you soon and hope that you will take the necessary steps to improve your service.

The nurses and staff are super friendly and attentive. Dr. Sally Hamissou is the best. I been a client for years now and will continue to be a client. Also, There is a great variety of eyeglasses too!
