This practice unfortunately does have their business organized as it should. Second time we make an appointment only to arrive at the wrong location.
When calling, they suppose to tell you what location they are making the appointment at be issue they have 2 clinics, one in Edmond and the other in Midwest city.
We called the Edmond location, assuming that will be the location for the appointment, but no we went from Norman to Edmond, just to tell us the appointment was in the other location in Midwest city.
The Edmond office didn’t even acknowledge the mistake.
This was an urgent matter and mistakes like that can be detrimental.

I am having cataract surgery with Dr. Jackson and have visited his office and I am very impressed with the staff and himself.
I recently had bilateral cataract surgery by Dr. Jared Jackson. He is truly a pleasant and outgoing person, but totally professional and knowledgeable in his field. He takes time to answer questions and explain anything you need to know. I am so glad I was referred to him for these surgeries. The staff greet you by name when you come in and helpful in setting up appointments.

Dr. Jackson was nice and did a procedure on my eye that worked. The reason for only giving 3 stars is because I had to wait over an hour from my appointment time to see him. The waiting room at the Edmond office is less than to be desired. The seats are cracked vinyl and the check in area has old dusty boxes placed on top of the cabinets. The front desk area employees have desks that are very cluttered. There are frames in the waiting area for patients to try on so there's no privacy whatsoever. This place needs a major remodel overhaul. At the very least, they need a new couch that isn't peeling or have it upholstered. The older lady who did my eye exam wasn't friendly and never smiled. Dr. Jackson's young assistant was very friendly and helpful. I felt like I needed to shower after leaving the office because it seems ran down and dirty.

Had a bad experience with this office! They called me several times and when I tried to return the call no one would answer. I had to go to the office to get an answer. Did not feel like they cared for their patients.
Dr. Jackson did a procedure on my eye. Did not see him before or after the procedure. My husband was not informed when the procedure was over. I was not given any prescriptions or follow up. Some paperwork said the doctor will call in medicine. Didn't happen. Went for follow up and was told to keep using medicines, which I didn't receive. Gave me meds and final follow up apps. to remove a thread holding my tear duct open. The assistant could not remove the thread, it was stuck. She left to speak with the doctor then came back to put numbing drops in my eye. The doctor came in and tugged on the thread, still stuck. He put his hand on my shoulder and yanked it out. I could not see, I just felt pain. I walked out of the office and haven't been back.
My first review of dr.Jacksons office disappeared. I am told it can not be removed by anyone but me. I hope not, maybe they will get their act together.

I was very impressed with Dr Jackson and his staff. My eye surgery went very well and I had no pain. A week later my stitches were pulled and again- no pain. The only draw back was on office visit it was crowded and wait time was a little long but still very happy with the experience.
I liked him as an eye doctor. Did not like his assistant . She never smiled , wasn’t friendly. Pretty much insisted I had my eyes dialated after telling her I couldn’t. She wasn’t welcoming or friendly. I felt very uncomfortable with her.
