took my mom to Dr. Wong for eye glasses prescription checkup. This was meant for a temporary solution before my mom gets her cataract surgery to correct her vision (suggested by the cataract specialist as a temporary solution so my mom can drive legally before the surgery in 2 month). One of her eye was near-sighted while the other is far-sighted. He was super fast so we thought he was very efficient. A week later, my mom received her eye glasses and immediately she couldn't get both eyes to focus and gave her a huge headache. We brought the eye glasses back hoping to get another prescription even if we had to pay for new lenses as long as she can see without getting headaches. But instead, Dr. Wong said there was nothing wrong with the test he performed and blames my mom's cataract that is causing her not seeing correctly.　Wish we had gone with more reputable optometrist that would be more careful and get the right reading in the first place as well as one that would admit to the wrong reading and give us another test rather than blaming it on the client's eye condition.

I have been seeing Dr. Wong for over 20 years. I now live an hour away and just saw him last Friday. He spends whatever time is necessary to get you to understand what he is trying to do. My prescriptions have always been spot on and, as noted above, even though I moved I still see him for my Optometry needs.

A very competent and effective doctor. I came as a walk-in and had to wait for 10-15 minutes tops, before his assistant did an initial assessment. Dr. Wong very competently examined my current vision situation and consulted against contact lenses, which I appreciate, since he could have made more money if he went with my preference. And he did so, because it is the better solution for my needs. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Wong and his team.

Dr. Wong was efficient, proficient, considerate, and knowledgeable. In my eye exam for glasses, he gave me 3 prescriptions, one for distance, one for desktop computer displays, and one for up-close reading. Included was a comprehensive eye health exam done via a medical device which recorded images of each eye in minutes without dilation. All of this was completed in 30 minutes by Dr Wong and with the help of his assistant Cathy.

Dr. Wong is truly a blessing! His patience, professionalism, and respectful demeanor make every visit a wonderful experience. Honestly, he’s the best! A big shoutout to his amazing team as well—Thi, the medical receptionist, is incredibly cooperative and ensures you feel well cared for from start to finish. With Dr. Wong and his team, you know you’re in excellent hands. Highly recommend!

Dr. Wong is competent, efficient, pleasant, and affordable. I've used his services for many years and I recommend him. His office at Costco is a compact but effective beehive.

I've been seeing Dr. Wong for many years now (maybe 10?), and I've always found him to be efficient, thorough, helpful and funny. Also, he always manages to fit me in, even without an appointment, which I appreciate. He really cares about his patients, and it shows.

They don’t take VSP, didn’t tell us on the phone while scheduling an appointment.. Took time out of our schedule to come here but were told at the reception they would not accept us with VSP. Other Costco doctors do, but apparently just not this one. Some informative courtesy to what’s probably the most common question would have been nice. Total waste of time.
