Place order a month and a half , my glasses still not ready. They broke the frame and said now it is out of stock, this the last time I come here for glasses

I would not give them 1 star for this review! This is the worst service I ever received. I have been waiting on my glasses for 3 months! No one can tell me what's going on. Now I'm fighting for my refund. I can't even speak to a person in charge just the receptionist!

You know I went in this morning to get an exam. Dr did the exam but wrote the wrong name on Rx. Then when I call to verify that the prescription is for me, no dang answer! Mind you it's 3:30 in the afternoon on a week day.
Would not recommend.
