2 ladies dont have coordination at all. I gave order for prescribed glasses on Feb 10. I was told it could take 7-10 days to get my glasses. After calling multiple times and leaving VM, didn't get any response. I felt they were avoiding my calls. When I called from my wife's phone, I immediately got call back. When I asked lady on the other end why you are not returning my call, she said she didn't get any call or VM. Next day other lady called saying she is returning my call and my glasses are ready to picked up. When I went to store for trial, lady there didn't care to turn light on so that I could try my glasses in light. Worst service. Avoid.

Went in two years ago (2015) and it was relatively pain free. Came back in recently (2017) and the ladies working the front desk had no records of my past visit. Dr Blaylock was able to find my records later on but not until after I filled out all the paperwork again. I then had the joyful experience of ordering contact lenses. Took them nearly two weeks to sort out insurance/paperwork issues before they could even place an order, then another week before I got a call to pick up my order. Once I stop by to pick up, they once again could not find my records. I'm currently waiting for them to pull their heads out of their rears before they can move the two boxes of lenses from their side of the desk to my hands. Long story short, Dr Blaylock herself was friendly and helpful but the front desk employees are beyond useless. Expect to wait at least a month before you get what you actually need.

I went in with my girlfriend to get glasses made for her, we picked frames and gave them the prescription. They said it would roughly be 2-3 weeks before they came in. Cool. At the end of 3 weeks we call and they said it should be in within … More
